2. Customers: By customers, we mean Wholesalers and Travel Agencies. Initially, customers send us their data to book their stay at our hotels. However, and in order to update the service provided, we resend information to our customers about the services provided and invoiced. In these cases, the Controller of their data is the customers, with HOTEL LÀPETY acting as Data Processor. In this way, any claim of your rights will have to be made to the Wholesaler, Travel Agency or companies to which you have communicated your data so that you can proceed with the reservation at our hotel.

Likewise, we inform you that HOTEL LÀPETY may also communicate personal data to other entities when it is necessary to comply with the business relationship established with you and whose communication of the data is necessary to maintain our business relationship with you, as well as being mandatory, as the case may be. All these purposes are included in the contractual relationship contracted with HOTEL LÀPETY.
