LÀPETY HOTEL S.L (hereinafter ” HOTEL LÀPETY “), with registered office at Camí de la Cuixa número 19, C.P 43007, Tarragona, in Spain with CIF number 48685252W, whose services on this website are the “Hotel services”, and registered in Mercantile Register of Tarragona, Volume 3023, Folio 15, Sheet number T-51601, Inscription: 3, owner of the website www.lapetyhotel.com, informs you that in the event that you contact and/or register on our website, (hereinafter WEBSITE) through another social media account and/or third-party platforms such as, for example, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram, among others, the USER knows and expressly consents to LÀPETY HOTEL S.L (hereinafter ” HOTEL LÀPETY”) access and use the information contained in the latter profile, assuming in this case, not only the conditions and privacy policies of the third party, but also those of HOTEL LÀPETY.

In the event that the user shares or publishes and/or promotes the Website with another Social Media platform or with third parties, the user agrees to comply with all terms of use, policies and guidelines established by the relevant Social Media platform or third parties in relation to such content. The User also agrees to be solely responsible for any claims that may arise from sharing or publishing any content, on any Social Media platform or with third parties.

Social Media or third-party platforms are not partners or representatives of HOTEL LÀPETY and the latter shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of such platforms in relation to their respective account.

The service provider of the official profiles of HOTEL LÀPETY on social networks, including but not limited to FACEBOOK®, TWITER®, YOUTUBE®, LINKEDIN®, and INSTAGRAM®, is the entity HOTEL LÀPETY (hereinafter the OFFICIAL SITES).

Access to and use of the OFFICIAL SITES requires acceptance of the Specific Conditions of the Social Networks Section, the GENERAL CONDITIONS and PRIVACY POLICY that are detailed; as well as the policy and rules of the social media platforms of the OFFICIAL SITES.

However, the general operation of the social network is regulated, firstly, by the conditions established by the owner and/or provider of the network and, secondly, by these conditions.

HOTEL LÀPETY may remove from the OFFICIAL SITES any information that goes against the rules established in these GENERAL CONDITIONS or the Privacy Policy and/or owner of the social network, as well as against the provisions of the law, morality or public order.

In the same way, the owners or providers of social networks may remove content that, either ex officio or through a complaint by another user, goes against the rules or operating rules imposed by the provider of each of the networks.

To stop following the OFFICIAL SITES, the user must follow the steps indicated in the operating and use conditions of each network provider, without HOTEL LÀPETY being able to intervene in this process.
